You never pay everything up front. Payment is split into three stages that follow your order.

Step by step
From inquiry to delivery
A clear, structured workflow, so you always know where your order is and what comes next.

Inquiry
Tell us about your club or brand: sport or products, quantities, colours, logos and deadline. Our team in Germany replies within one business day.
- 02
Mock-ups & quote
We design mock-up concepts and send a transparent quote, so you see exactly what you get and what it costs.
- 03
Order confirmation
Once you're happy with the mock-ups, you confirm the order and pay the first 30%. Sizes, names and numbers are finalised.
- 04
Production
Your order is cut, printed, stitched and finished in our own factory within 10–12 working days, with checks on every batch.
- 05
Quality control & shipping
Every piece is inspected before packing. You pay 50% when the goods ship; delivery takes 7–10 working days.
- 06
Delivery
Your order arrives packed the way you asked. The final 20% is due only after delivery.

You can provide your own size chart, or we can share our standard size chart with you.
Free fabric quality sample
We can send you a free fabric sample so you can check the material before placing an order. You only cover the shipping cost.
Individual sample set
Want to see a finished piece first? Individual samples are possible at €40 per set plus shipping.
